Office Manager
The Office Manager keeps everything running behind the scenes. You'll handle day-to-day operations, coordinate between team members, manage schedules, and make sure clients get fast, professional service from first contact through case resolution. This role is the backbone of the operation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours when needed
- Experience in legal, law enforcement, or financial services is a plus
Client Manager
The Client Manager is the first voice families hear after an arrest. You'll guide clients through the bail process, answer questions clearly and with compassion, coordinate with bondsmen, and make sure every family feels supported from the first call to the final release. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to stay sharp at 3am.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to explain complex processes in plain language
- Experience in customer service, case management, or client relations
- Comfortable handling emotionally charged situations with professionalism
- Willingness to work evening, overnight, or weekend shifts
Licensed Bail Bondsman
Licensed bail bondsmen are the core of what we do. You'll evaluate risk, write bonds, work directly with jails and courts, and build relationships with clients and co-signers. We're looking for licensed agents who are serious about the work, know the Minnesota bail system, and want to be part of a growing operation with room to advance.
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota bail bond agent license (required)
- Working knowledge of Hennepin County and surrounding jails and courts
- Ability to evaluate risk and make sound decisions quickly
- Professional demeanor with clients, co-signers, and jail staff
- Available for on-call hours including nights and weekends
General Manager
As we grow into new markets, we'll need experienced leaders to run each location. The General Manager oversees all operations, manages staff, drives growth in their market, and ensures every client interaction meets our standards. This is a senior role for someone who knows the bail industry and knows how to build a team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in bail bonds, legal services, or a related field
- Active or eligible Minnesota bail bond license
- Track record of managing a team in a high-pressure environment
- Strong business judgment and client-first mindset
- Interest in growing with the company into new markets
